These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "you") and qk999 (hereinafter "qk999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at qk999.cam.

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the qk999 platform — including its sports betting services, casino games, live dealer games, promotional features or any other service offered through qk999.cam — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform. Continued use following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the qk999 website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible via qk999.cam.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who registers an account on or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other offered market through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's account at any given time, displayed in PKR where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age and eligibility.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion features available within Account settings.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or operator policy.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the reference display currency used for Pakistani users where supported by the Platform.
• "Third-Party Payment Provider" means any payment processor, wallet service or banking institution whose infrastructure may be referenced in the cashier. To register and maintain an account on qk999, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable law in your location. Access by individuals below this threshold is strictly prohibited. qk999 applies age verification as part of its KYC process.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking full contractual capacity may not register.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your location.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
5. Personal Use: You must be registering and playing for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity or syndicate.
6. Own Funds: You must be using your own personal funds. Use of funds obtained through illicit means, or on behalf of a third party, is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
7. Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be under a self-exclusion order from this Platform or, where applicable, from any national or multi-operator self-exclusion scheme recognised by the operator's licence jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during registration or KYC. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.

4.2 Verification. qk999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal suspension and may lead to account closure.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qk999 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you have formally notified us of suspected unauthorised access.

4.4 Compromised Accounts. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporary suspension of the account.

4.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity provisions as defined in the operator's current account management policy. Notice will be provided to the registered email address before any funds are affected.

By using the qk999 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate odds or exploit platform features in a manner inconsistent with genuine personal play;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse or exploitation of system errors;
• Submitting fraudulent payment transactions, disputed chargebacks or using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Registering multiple accounts or misrepresenting your identity for any purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble or interfere with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or qk999 staff through any communication channel;
• Using the Platform in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful to qk999 or any third party.

qk999 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of acceptable use and to take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

6.1 Market Availability. The availability of betting markets — including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments), football, esports, live casino and slots — is subject to change without notice. qk999 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market or game title.

6.2 Odds and Returns. All odds are quoted in decimal format by default. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. qk999 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds pricing; any bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at the Platform's discretion with full stake return.

6.3 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation from the Platform. Network interruptions or session timeouts prior to confirmation mean no bet has been placed and no liability exists on either side.

6.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets carry additional risk associated with fast-changing event conditions. qk999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided.

6.5 Slot and Casino RTP. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures displayed within game information panels are theoretical long-run averages, not a guarantee of returns in any individual session. Actual returns will vary. House edge exists in all casino game categories.

6.6 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the Platform's records are considered authoritative. Disputes must be raised within the timeframe specified in the current support policy.

7.1 Deposit Methods. Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. References to payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this platform are contextual references only and do not constitute endorsement, partnership or a representation that these providers approve of gambling transactions. 7.2 Currency. Where PKR display is available, account balances and transaction amounts are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Where a conversion is applied, the applicable exchange rate will be disclosed at the point of transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions. All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 7.5 AML Obligations. qk999 operates in accordance with its anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. Failure to provide such documentation may result in a hold on withdrawal processing.

8.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility criteria as specified in the terms of each promotion. General eligibility requires a verified account in good standing. Accounts found to be in breach of these Terms are ineligible for bonuses.

8.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time period and minimum odds (where applicable) are set out in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

8.3 Bonus Abuse. qk999 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated abuse across multiple accounts, or use of excluded bet types.

8.4 Promotional Changes. qk999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Ongoing wagering requirements on already-claimed bonuses will not be retrospectively altered to the detriment of the User.

8.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.

qk999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools that Users may use to manage their gambling behaviour. These tools are not substitutes for professional support where gambling has become problematic.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period. When reached, further bets cannot be placed until the limit resets or is reviewed.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum continuous session duration after which they will be prompted to stop.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum period as specified in account settings). During self-exclusion, access to the account is blocked and qk999 will not send promotional communications to the excluded User.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications may be enabled to remind Users of elapsed playing time.

The Platform is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by the operator or licence jurisdiction, to hold an account or place a bet. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent from qk999.

Any trademarks, service marks or logos referenced on the Platform that belong to third parties — including payment provider names and sports league references used as context — remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and their appearance on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement or commercial relationship.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qk999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.

11.2 qk999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from viruses or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.3 qk999 shall not be liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including network failures, third-party payment provider outages, regulatory changes or force majeure events.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits qk999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.5 The User acknowledges that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that any losses sustained through genuine gameplay are the sole responsibility of the User.

12.1 By qk999. qk999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or unlawful activity;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within specified timeframes;
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
• Discovery that the User is a minor or has provided false eligibility information;
• Account security concerns requiring immediate protective action.

12.2 By the User. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding real-money balances (net of any pending withdrawal conditions or bonus wagering requirements) will be returned via an eligible withdrawal method following completed KYC review.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall continue to apply.

Your use of the qk999 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what rights you have as a data subject.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between a specific provision in the Privacy Policy and these Terms regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy shall take precedence for data-related matters.

qk999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary for the Platform's operation (e.g., KYC verification providers, payment processors) or as required by applicable law.

14.1 No Pakistani Licence. qk999 does not hold, claim or represent any gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial gaming board or any other Pakistani regulatory body. The Platform does not imply partnership with or endorsement by any Pakistani governmental, financial or regulatory institution.

14.2 Pakistani Legal Landscape. Pakistan has gambling restrictions in force, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and potentially additional provincial regulations. The legality of accessing online gambling platforms from Pakistan depends on the applicable law in the User's specific province and jurisdiction. This is not legal advice. Users must obtain independent legal advice if uncertain about their legal position.

14.3 User Responsibility. By accessing qk999 from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction, you represent that you have independently verified that doing so does not violate any applicable law in your location. qk999 accepts no liability for any consequence arising from a User's failure to comply with their local laws.

14.4 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's complaint procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

qk999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you may close your account before the effective date of the change, and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal processing.
